Update - After multiple days of issues and errors on our phone lines, we are excited that our phone carrier has fully resolved the issues. Hooray and have a great week!

Update - We just lost phone service and are connecting with our phone carrier now to get an update. We're hoping that this might be good sign that the underlying carrier has isolated the issue. For now the best way to connect with our team is through email.

Update - Our phone carrier has not been able to diagnose or resolve the issue and we continue to see errors on our lines that have spiked throughout the morning indicating that the problems are intermittent. We are going to be turning the phone queue on as a test to see if the quality of the phone calls is manageable for a small sample of calls. Fingers and toes are crossed!!
We still encourage you to contact us through email as the best course of action, but the phone lines are officially open and we’ll do our best to help you on the phones.
We'll keep you posted here as the situation develops.

Update - Phone Service is still not available and we are eagerly awaiting an update from our phone carrier. The support team was delighted to still be able to help so many of you through email yesterday and we plan to do the same until phone service is restored. We appreciate you and your patience and we'll keep you updated here.

Investigating - Our phone carrier has confirmed there is an issue between the switch and our facility and as a result, our phone lines are experiencing severe degradation of service.
